Leadership:
TEHCC
Steering Committee
The TEHCC is guided by a seven person team
called the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is
comprised of 7 Eastman employees or retirees. Each year, a
chair is selected to lead the committee. The TEHCC also
has several other individuals that contribute through various
offices and committees.

enjoys hiking, backpacking, canoeing, wilderness
adventures and drinking fine wines. His bucket list
includes hiking in all 56 National Parks. He is currently
working on number 31!

Dale is a Shift Supervisor at Eastman. He has completed 1900 miles of the AT, is active in the Boy
Scouts, and also enjoys horseback riding.
His trail name is “Navigator.”

He comes to Kingsport from Colorado via

Stuart is a Group Leader in Fibers Technology at Eastman.
He discovered whitewater paddling in 2004 and is
out on the river(s) as often as possible. When not boating, he is hiking or geocaching with his
family.

Jake is a Systems Analyst in IT at Eastman. He is actively section hiking the AT and also enjoys trail
maintenance, mountain biking and carpentry.
